The $950 fee applies only after the tour and private in-home audition are confirmed. Remaining on the interest register is free.

MSN Audio brings the relevant demonstration equipment to your home so you can listen privately in your established system.
PRIVATE IN-HOME AUDITION
During the interstate tour, we will bring the demonstration equipment to your home so you can experience it privately and without interruption. The fee helps cover insurance, transport and related logistics.
Credit toward an eligible order
If an eligible MSB product is purchased within the agreed period, this fee can be credited toward the order.
Dates and equipment are agreed in advance
Joining the list expresses your interest. A date, location and equipment configuration are agreed separately before a private in-home audition is booked.

Do I pay to join the list?
No. Joining the interest register is free. The $950 fee applies only after a tour and private in-home audition are confirmed.
What does the fee cover?
It helps cover insurance, transport, equipment handling and related touring logistics. The credit rule applies only to an eligible MSB order within the agreed period.
Can I wait for a free listening event?
Yes. You can remain on the list for future listening events or small-group opportunities when they are available.
Will MSN Audio bring a complete system?
No. The program is designed around your existing system. MSN Audio brings the relevant MSB equipment for evaluation.

Equipment and visit arrangements
The demonstration equipment and connections are agreed before the visit. Equipment remains with MSN Audio; unattended equipment loans and repairs are outside this programme.

When an in-home audition may help
If you are considering an MSB DAC and cannot easily visit Melbourne, listening at home lets you assess it with familiar music, loudspeakers and room acoustics. You can also remain on the list for future listening events without reserving a private visit.
