MSB · TRINNOV · POWER AMPLIFIERS

Power amplifiers

Explore MSB stereo and monoblock amplifiers for two-channel hi-fi, or Trinnov multichannel amplification for a larger speaker system. Choose the purpose first, then compare connections, power conditions and installation needs.

A stereo amplifier drives two channels from one chassis. A monoblock handles one channel. A multichannel amplifier provides several channels, with any bridging and total power limits checked for the system.

Ask us which finishes, accessories and ordering options are available for the model you are considering.

Amplifier connections and installation

Your loudspeakers

Compare rated power only with its load, distortion and driven-channel conditions. Include your loudspeakers, listening level and the number of channels required.

Your preamplifier or processor

Check output levels, gain and input connections together. A multichannel processor also needs the correct channel routing and, for Amplitude16 analogue inputs, compatible DB25 cables.

Placement and ventilation

Allow for weight, ventilation and rear cabling. A stereo monoblock system needs two chassis; a multichannel amplifier needs suitable rack support and power connections.

If you would like to discuss a match, tell us your loudspeaker model and the amplifier or preamplifier you currently use.
