Do I need photos or a serial number now?
No. The initial form only asks for equipment details and a way to contact you. We will ask for photos or other information separately if needed.
How is the trade-in value decided?
We assess the equipment individually, including its model, condition and current demand. Any initial discussion is subject to inspection and confirmation. This page does not provide an automatic valuation.
