Your one-to-one appointment takes place in the MSN Audio residential listening environment in Croydon. We prepare the session around your music and the comparison you are considering. The full private address is shared after your appointment is confirmed.

Who is the private audition for?
It is for listeners with an established system who are considering a current MSB DAC and want a focused comparison using music they know.
Can I bring my current DAC or streamer?
Yes, by prior arrangement, you can bring one compatible DAC or streamer. Share its model and connection details first. We explain any connection, safety or timing limit before accepting the comparison.
How do I arrange a visit?
Send an audition request with your system, listening priorities and preferred dates. We will reply to discuss the visit and confirm your appointment.
Is this a blind or laboratory test?
It is a structured listening comparison. It is not a blind test, laboratory test or precision level-matched measurement procedure.
Do I need to purchase during the session?
No. You are welcome to consider what you heard before making a purchase decision. Advice relevant to the MSB purchase you are considering is included.
What is outside this appointment?
This appointment is for MSB listening. Room measurement, subwoofer calibration, repairs, firmware work and full-system tuning are outside its scope. Please agree any visiting equipment and additional guests with us when booking; routine in-home MSB visits are not included.
