When do I pay?
There’s nothing to pay when you register. Once the final group discount is locked in, we’ll send your final quote and open a 48-hour payment window for the batch. Your quote will set out your selection, availability, freight, total and payment deadline, so you can review everything before paying.
When will my order be ready?
If you pay by the deadline and availability has been confirmed, your order is expected to be ready for collection or dispatch within 3 to 5 business days after the batch payment deadline. If your chosen model needs longer, we’ll let you know before you pay. Delivery time depends on your location.
How does the group discount increase?
As more units are confirmed for this batch, the group can unlock higher discounts, including 15% and up to 20% off. The progress above shows the confirmed discount and how many more units are needed for the next milestone. Once unlocked, a discount remains available to all eligible orders in the batch, even if someone withdraws.
